Project Brief

It is estimated that more than 400,000 street children in India exists. To address this concern, an organization was formed in 2009 with a purpose to rehabilitate the street and vulnerable children by providing them with formal education. This project is seeking funding to establish a shelter facility within a government school premises with all the basic amenities and provide bridge course to mainstream 200 street children both boys and girls into the society.

    • Settlement of the children at the end of the project in the Govt. School.
    • Decrease in exploitation of children from abuse of their civic and economic rights.
    • Shelter and protection of children from street abuse.
